2D Animation in Unity 3D
Lately, I've been learning my way around Unity 3D's 2D tools after its 4.3 release.
So far I've learned how to set up a 2D scene utilizing assets from photoshop as well as the workings behind the sprite editor, sorting layers, order in layer set up, and character rigging (which is essentially an exercise in parent/child relationships).
If you notice the Zombie was broken down into smaller parts (body, head, eyes, etc) prior to import which will lead me into a different approach as far as character animation.
After I'm done animating this character, I will attempt to create another character via another character via the traditional grid-like sprite sheet.
